How can I check my PIN if I’ve forgotten it?

You can always view your PIN in the FairFX Currency Card app wherever you are on your travels. Alternatively, you can check your PIN in your online account by visiting the website and signing in.

How much can I withdraw from an ATM?

You can withdraw up to £1,500 per day, or local currency equivalent, from an ATM using the FairFX Currency Card.

How do I top up my card?
